As hardcore scenario players, we are huge fans of RAP4. Their T68 replaced our Tippmann A5s and X7s years ago. Their products are definitely scenario minded, but they put a little bit of a dent in our wallets. We’ve recently come across some good RAP4 Coupons that give a significant discount. This can take some of the sting out of making high end paintball equipment purchases and leave more money in your pocket for field fees and paintballs.

The Paintball Industry has become better at adapting trends from large eCommerce businesses. They are trying to create customer loyalty and have begun offering more effective coupon codes and promo codes to their regular shoppers and potential new ones. It’s really great to see RAP4 offer people a financial reason, in addition to their incredible products, to try their store and keep coming back.

RAP4 produces some of the most unique paintball guns and gear that a player can find. As stated earlier, their T68 is definitely one of our favorite markers to carry onto the battle field. It’s available in a magazine or hopper fed system and truly delivers a real combat feel. They even have a “box” magazine called the Nautilus that holds 250 rounds that you could apply one of the gift voucher codes to. It loads in your standard magazine slot and feeds your T68 as fast as you can pull the trigger.

Another thing we really like about RAP4 is their ability to show you the product before you buy it. They are constantly recording videos of their new products in action. The employees actually go out to paintball fields to use and lend out the guns, equipment and paintball gear. It makes you more confident of your RAP4 purchase and really lets you see what that product can do in a real world situation.

So, if you are looking for significant paintball discount coupons that will buy you great equipment, check out the available RAP4 Coupon Codes now, and have a little extra for another day of paintball play at your local field.

Take Tippmann's US Army Carver One from mild to wild with minimal initial investment. It's a perfect gun for the entry level player on a budget looking for a great gun to build up. It starts out as a reliable marker and can be transformed into a scenario milsim marker for serious play.

Lately Tippmann has been populating thier US Army line of guns with some real scenario stopping weapons. The New US Army Carver One Paintball Gun might just be our favorite so far. The base gun is priced at an ultra affordable $99 and provides possibly one of the best platforms for an entry level player to build on.

Basic Tippmann Carver One

At first glance the Carver One marker looks like it’s designed to spend it’s life in the woods popping one ball at a time. After a little research at just a few of the aftermarket and Tippmann name brand accessories, you get the feeling this starter marker has larger ambitions for its exsitance. 22 inch sniper barrels, butt stocks of every imaginable shape and a slue of interal ups are all available for a building player to develope this paintball slinging budget gun into a serious milsim weapon.

The Tippmann name attatched to any marker now days will help the gun retain its resale value. Basic Tippmann 98s are still selling for 50-80% of thier original purchase price. The A5s and X7s are also keeping true to this line of used pricing. From what we’ve seen the US Army line of guns is also proving to retain its resale value. This further makes the Carver One a great investment for the entry level player.

US Army Carver One w/Upgrades

One of the bigger draws for this gun, like most US Army guns, is the mass available tactical rail space for adding accessories of almost every kind. Sights, bipods, lights, lasers and a lot more popular rail mounted accessories can be quickly bolted on and used as needed.

The US Army Carver One’s construction is as solid as the rest of the line up. Its an all aluminum die cast receiver with a standard stainless steel braided bottom line. It proves to be rugged enough for the tough blows that paintball can throw at it.

Overall, Tippmann’s US Army Carver One paintball gun is a great marker for the money. It is a very smart buy for any player on a tight budget that wants to build up a marker. If you’re ready to step up to a more expensive gun, the Carver One should retain its value on resale. This gun has our vote as a great buy.

Dangerous Power has been making high speed quality paintball markers for players who demand an affordable tournament platform that will perform with the higher end guns. The introduction of the Dangerous Power G3 Spec-R Paintball Marker is a definite step in the right direction for paintball. It proves that an affordable marker with a high end performance can not only be competitive at paintball tournaments, but make a strong name for themselves as a leader in the industry.

The DP G3 Spec-R Marker is an Awesome High Speed and Affordable Tournament Marker

The Spec-R by Dangerous Power brings several things to this class of cost for a paintball gun. The bolt is designed with no O-rings. That mean less repairs for you and a low coefficient of friction on your guns internals. This essentially leads to higher rates of fire and a lower amount of kick. Being able to minimize the kick also creates a more stable level of gun muzzle rise at higher rates of fire, providing you with a much more accurate marker.

Hold onto this DP G3 Spec-R Gun in high winds. It weighs in at an almost unbelievable 1.68 pounds. That is the lightest marker that we know of on the market today. A feather weight like this can help you to snap shoot at break neck speeds that your opponents won’t be able to retract themselves fast enough.

The Spec-R is available in several colors

Another great thing Dangerous Power gives you is the ability to sip air out of your paintball tank with this gun. It runs at an astonishingly low 150psi. That will not only keep you shooting longer, but will allow you to spend less time at the fill station area standing in line to top off your tank.

The bottom line is that when you are ready to purchase a quality marker that can keep up with guns priced in the 4 digit range, Dangerous Power has you covered with the G3 Spec-R paintball gun. It’s one impressive little gun that can hold its own in a serious fire fight.

Tippmann has definitely made a legendary marker with the Tippmann 98 Custom. They have been busy creating new uses for the old but proven gun. Tippmann’s US Army line up of guns is mostly based on the 98 Custom’s platform and internals. The Project Salvo and Carver One markers share a lot of internal and externally matched/interchangeable parts with the 98. That is great news for you when you are ready to upgrade your weapon.

Tricked out Tippmann 98 Custom

The amount of upgrades for the Tippmann 98 are almost unlimited. Entire dress up kits resembling the most popular military guns are commonly found at the larger online or specialty stores for a reasonable price. If you want to make your build a job specific weapon, you can find mods specifically for a sniper, room clearing CQB roll or to build an assault rifle of mass destruction. Many of these upgrades can operate on their own, so you can purchase them one at a time and add them on as you can afford them.
If you venture into popular 98 related forums, you will find people creating their own unique upgrades. They usually tell you how they created them and post some pics of the project. This can provide you with an opportunity to build your Custom 98 into a milsim weapon with a collection of mods only you have. We’ve seen people create magazines from metal or fiberglass, cheaper gas-thru stocks and convert barrel shrouds from real guns to fit a their Tippmann 98.

Companies like BT, Core, Lapco and Maddog(just to name a few) are producing Tippmann 98 Custom Upgrades for every part of the gun. Besides building the visual aspect of the gun, you can buy light weight balanced internal components to help increase your effective rate of fire and reduce the kick from the blow back. This can really steady your aim and put more paintballs on your target.

I don’t know that the 98 Custom is all that tournament/speedball worthy, but I think a heavily upgraded 98 could hold it’s own against any other low to mid range tournament style marker. The addition of an e-Trigger would definitely help this with its shorter trigger pull and optional switched rate of fire. Most paintball fields and tournaments frown on any type of automatic fire or even 3 round bursts, so you would have to use it sparingly.

Another great thing about the Tippmann 98 Custom is its ability to hold resale value. If you do a simple search on eBay for used tippmann 98 customs, you will find their final selling prices are typically closer to its new value than most other guns on the market. A well maintained basic 98 can sell for over $100 with quite a few years on it. It all depends on how it was maintained . The newer versions with the ACT anti-chop tabs should be able to pull in a few extra dollars.

Purchasing and upgrading a Tippmann 98 Custom is definitely a good choice. Tippmann is still investing in this design with the US Army name, and with all of the upgrades available, plus a strong resale price, this gun will serve you well and be around for a long time.

We bought some yellow masks after being bonus balled way too many times while reffing events. Seems when people first see you, their natural reaction is to start shooting first and identify you secound. I found $20 Scott USA yellow masks. They fit my huge mellon good and have already proven to stop the bonus ball madness.

I can’t tell you how many times I got pelted by some bogger eating rug rat who was spraying cheap paintballs from a $1,200 paintball gun that mommy bought them. The bright safety yellow shirt that says “ref” doesn’t seem to slow them down from activating a full ramp chip and empty their 30bps Halo on my old slow moving(and unarmed) tush. Ahh life is good with ten or twenty welts on your neck and upper chest…

We are looking for a new team paintball mask for the 2009 season. No clue as to what we will choose. The last two years we have used vForce Grill masks and have loved them. Times keep changing though and so do we I guess.

If your searching for a new pumpkin cover – check out this guide to choosing paintball masks. It’s a no frills little heads up on covering your head with an appropriate mask.

Paintballing in Wisconsin has been increasingly gaining popularity, new fields and existing fields are stepping up to lead the way in paintball excitement! Commando paintball field of Abrams, Wisconsin is doing it with new field layouts and scenario playing strucures.

On of the best thing about playing paintball in Wisconsin is the changing seasons continuely change the woods creating new challenges in old fields. Playing in early spring with young new growth on the ground is a different experience than playing the same field in late Summer or early fall. The changes that occur through the year can generate different opportunities for different type of players. Adapting to these and learning how to take advantage of them is an exciting part of Wisconsin Paintball.

The Commando paintball field has recently built a huge new three story castle with lots of second story defending points and can be used in Summer and Winter alike. The new fields are fast playing and great for scenario events for all levels of players alike. Their woodsball fields are full of foxholes and two story bunkers.

Their tournament style fields are also a great venue for speedball players. They run several respectably prices tournaments each year and often have team practices. They have inflatable fields and a very well designed hyperball field.

Other great Wisconsin fields include Stalker paintball field in the Wisconsin Dells area, Outdoor adventure in Fremont and The Siege in Mukwonago. With almost 50 active fields there is no shortage of paintball action in Wisconsin!

The Packers took an afternoon off of mini-camp to get out and enjoy some paintball. Commando Paintball Sports in Abrams, Wisconsin hosted the battle. The Packers divided into 8 teams and duked it out for bragging rights. Coach McCarthy was at the helm keeping his guys fighting fair.

Special thanks to the paintball tournament sponsors that helped us host the event last weekend. WPN paintballs and Jungle Falls Paintball Field. The event ran well and we had a great turn out. Most of our guys and their teams showed up to ref the event. The Paintball Kings team won the final after a very close final round, congratulations to them. They showed great sportsmanship and played well all weekend.

Without our paintball tournament sponsor we wouldn’t have been to run such a large event on three fields with great paint on a great paintball field. Our next annual event hopes to be as successful. Warpig showed up and took event photos and will probably give some team great exposure for them to get sponsorships. Although we would have loved to host the event in Wisconsin, it just wasn’t in the cards this year. Jungle falls paintball always does a great job and we can’t thank them enough.

First prize was $5,000 after all the entry fees were tallied and everyone checked in. Our hopes is that next year we can double to payout and provide a great place for amateur competitive paintball to take place. We are also looking at hosting a scenario event the same weekend with a great payout too.

Thank you to our paintball tournament sponsors this year and to all the teams that showed up and played with a professional attitude. We look forward to another successful tournament for next year.

Ya it never fails, sooner or later your going to get owned by one or more paintball women. From my experience they tend to play more aggressive than most dudes! I’ve been bunkered by one recently who even bonus balled me. But then again, there is another type of paintball woman. The type who doesn’t even play the sport. These are the types of paintball women that the top companies are hiring to represent this great sport. They model the clothing and hold the markers. They just plain old look good doing it and we like it.

If your interested in seeing more of these beautiful models, check out the full listing of Paintball Women. Or, head out to your local paintball field and get bunkered like I did!
